CEO/Facilitator/Coach
As the President of Goode Solutions and Higher he loves to work with organizations to improve culture, he does this through the platform of leadership training and staff development. Hysaan’s educational background is in Psychology with an emphasis in Human Services.
Throughout his professional career, he has worked for several Fortune 500 companies including McGraw-Hill and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt where he was an Account Executive and helped many companies and organizations increase their revenue and improve their productivity. His career choice in staffing services and professional development stemmed from over 15 years in educational publishing sales and staffing.
H’s training programs are unique because of his common-sense approach to real world concepts that are applicable to day-to-day activities. These programs were developed in large measure to fill a void in the marketplace and to equip individuals with the tools necessary to be successful in the marketplace.
Since starting Goode Solutions and Higher in 2011, he has worked with many HR Managers, presidents, owners and other leaders throughout Central Ohio and abroad, through leadership development and change management processes. He is a published author of a book titled Just Quit It Will Make You Feel Better and leads a weekly faith-based business networking group called IMPACT. in New Albany, Ohio. He is also a sought after public speaker and trainer. He is happily married to Michelle and has three children.

Michelle Goode
Managing Partner/Instructional Coach
Michelle is a native of Columbus, Ohio and its Public School System and has over 10 years of teaching experience. She is a graduate of Lee University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development with a minor in Religion and Psychology Magna Cum Laude.
She is employed through Canal Winchester School District and works with students that require intervention in the areas of Math and English Language Arts. Michelle works closely with the intervention team analyzing data for state and district tests to determine if students should be referred for additional intervention.
She has dedicated herself to becoming a life-long educator and learner, and strives to instill a similar desire in all of the students with whom she works. As an educational leader and advocate, Michelle volunteers regularly in various community events, helping families with life skills that are both practical and beneficial in their daily lives.
In addition to teaching at Indian Trail Elementary School as an Intervention Specialist, Michelle is also Managing Partner of Goode Solutions/Higher and serves as a Instructional Coach in the organization. Michelle specializes in working with other educators and leaders to find innovative and sustainable ways to transform teaching and learning. Her areas of expertise include designing innovative learning experiences, professional learning, and community building.
Michelle is happily married and has 3 children.
